主讲人简介：EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Morgan graduated with an International Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality andCatering Management at the Vatel Institute in Bordeaux, France and anEURHODIP (European Hospitality Diploma) Degree.
At just 20 years of age, Morgan was already in charge of the food and beverageoperations management for a 5 star boutique hotel in Paris. He has since thenworked for different 5 star properties and fine dining restaurants in Paris,Monaco, Singapore and Shanghai, handling senior management positions infood and beverage and operations.
